I love the raised detailing.

I've only assembled mine.

Heheh, I should have figured someone here would find that post on Starship Modeler. I was hoping to get finished pictures before dropping a link here.

This is the one I'm building up for KAMUT. I had hoped to have construction completed by this weekend, but the doors have been very troublesome. Now that I found a construction method that works, I'm going to try my hand at casting them to produce all eight. If that doesn't work, I should be able to do them all by hand, but that'll take even more time. I think there are more bits of detail on each door than on the entire top of the model. :)

Once I have everything assembled I'll see about getting another set of pictures before I send it off to KAMUT. It'll be up to him to produce pictures of it painted.

... minis. I knew I was forgetting something when I took those pics. At some point I'll get some with the few CAV I own to provide a better sense of scale.

edit: And man, do I ever need to clean up that table. Yeesh, it's a mess. I guess I don't notice the clutter when I'm working.

The main structure of the model is built from .040" styrene sheet, and the detail layers are .010" styrene.

yeah, definately will take pics after I put her in Tango colours. Rommel, ya spoiled the surprise, LOL. thats cool, though.

this will be a Tango Rangers ship, although it will have RAM markings. The drop ship is basically part of the GhostIntelPRO arsenal, an infiltration unit to be used in operations against the Malvernian Empire.

I like the foamcore version, but am more interested in a plastic or resin casted version, So I hired the services of Seeker and he's been working on it for a while now. I hope to get a second dropship in the works too.

anyway, grrrrrrrrrr
