UTSS Geronimo TACOPS
Bounced from undisclosed position

High Priority
From Grand Counselor Jose Soliz – Callsign -Top Blood

For the lives of our people! For the blood of our loved ones fallen in the ever-present struggle against the tyranny and oppression of our people. Blood for Blood. We are borne, N’dee; the voice of the people, liberators of the people and protectors of the people.

Today is the day we initiate the critical stage of our operation. Full incursions have been successful and the tactical maps have been downloaded to your respective TACOPS. We have provided full reconnaissance and identified local targets of your attack vector into Saguaro. Once the attack has been initiated against the 1st Cassini Guard, there will be no turning back. To risk all is to gain all.

We stand against the former Counselor Remi Santiago’s most elite core of Blood Apache Disciples and as expected, resistance will be heavy. Our numbers are few against staggering odds, For every Mecha we deploy, Santiago has 5 Mecha strategically positioned throughout the peninsula. Several heavy turret facilities guard the southern approach with anti-orbital facilities overlapping their defense perimeters into these turrets.

Fortunately the activities of our initial incursion force was able to provide concise preliminary data, for which we are now able to initiate more extensive operations against the 1st Cassini Guard. Our operations on Cassini are divided into 3 theaters similar to our other operations on Ojibwa and Seneca, the theaters on Cassini are North Saguaro, Puerto Luciano and the Cassini mainland itself. Reports indicate the former counselor Remi Santiago has been coordinating her defense efforts personally on the Cassini Mainland.

The operations on Cassini are significant for if we succeed, we cut deep into the heart of the radicalism, by eliminating the head itself. We will carry the Blood Apache name to a new sense of validity among our people. We are the true warriors of the N’dee and shall not fail; our efforts will be forever remembered in the echoes of time and the flames shall sing the story of the Blood Apache.

Blood for Blood! Life for Life!

CHIEF LESLEY-ANN DUENO (LOURDESS)
LONE WOLF COMPANY 1CG
ALPHA-SPEAR (WILD APACHE)

ffffFFFFFTHUMP!
A tomahawk now rests in place of what used to be your head.

Geronimo TACOPS:
Light Recon elements have been spotted maneuvering in our immediate vicinity to our various landing zones. Each drop is expected to be hot and the possibility of engagement is highly likely. Fortunately, we will be able to establish air superiority fairly quickly and have already begun sorties into destabilizing our southwestern approach from sea.

NFA Ranger elements have already secured key transgress areas, destroyed major bridges, and bottlenecked key positions. All ground units have received their mission perimeters, and our first target is op point Able with seek and destroy objective -Halo 78 and 79 series.

Once Able is neutralized, Geronimo will begin its support run. Apache lead and Alpha 2 will have to draw as many of Degado’s troops south into our engagement area. From there we’ll be shifting east to cover the Lucky 8 area of operation, pull some H &I on Ortiz if possible. Preliminary incursions were a success under call Manhattan.

-Bishop:
Got to clear this lane, there’s too much heat around this boom-boom room, most of Delgado has already mustered and is running a Boston out here. I’m pulling out, Bingo. (Dancin’ in the moonlight, everybody’s feeling all right......)

-Eagle Actual;
Guardian Angel, Be advised, we’re engaging several Spooky mookies just south of Sad October Sierra, looks like a bunker and trench line, some turtles with several sections of deck apes. We’ll be smoke assin’ past them to avoid any anti aircraft fire.

Apache Guardian Angel:
Copy, Eagle. Proceed to next operations area.

Phoenix Actual;
That’s minus two Spooky Kabuki, Alpha 1 Actual, courtesy of yours truly. What’s a matter Bishop, too much class? hehehe….

Bishop:
Huh, what do you know about class, Phoenix?

Phoenix Actual:
I’m getting questioned about class from the only man in the 23rd century still sporting a mullet.

Alpha 1 Actual;
smart ass, I owe you one.

Falcon Actual:
looky looky, Delgado has a full tomahawk mad doggin what appears to be some kind of depot at Kilo Juliet, this facility is a hole in the wall so it’s not on the map; we’re taking heat from some prime gunners at Kilo-Juliet, be advised they got some reach and some touch.

Apache Guardian Angel:
I gotcha Falcon Actual, all units mark recon update on tactical map, over.

Falcon 1:
Hey, I got a mullet, Phoenix; what’s your problem dude!

Phoenix Actual:
Hah hAH, I rest my case…

-Eagle Actual;
Hey, that’s a confirmation; we just ventilated their Boom-Boom Room. Ortiz is a serious gaggle.

-Phoenix:
That’ll hurt...

Alpha 1 Actual:
We’re in LOS of Halo 78 Alpha and taking heavy fire. Specter 1, you’re locked in for fire support, Engage! Engage!

Specter 1:
Copy, Alpha 1 Actual! We’re hot!

Redhawk 1:
Alpha 1 Actual, Redhawk 1 and 2 laying down heavy suppression fire on Halo 78 Alpha, we can’t sustain this for too long!

Alpha 1 Actual:
I’m coming! I’m coming! 78 Bravo is still in full operation. Alphas 1-2 and 1-4, advance on that position, pronto! Don’t let that tower catch me in my six.

Alpha 1-2:
We’re on it, Alpha 1! All units concentrate fire on that gun tower!

Alpha 1-3:
All Alpha 1-3 units get a lock on those inbound Pumas and Raptor before they catch up to our Tsukei column! Naginata crews, cover their approach at 315 degrees. Despot Commanders switch from IFM to main weapons to engage their frontal approach and hold your position until the Sabers and Ashigarus get in the clear.

Apache Guardian Angel:
Alpha 1-3 be advised. You have a Kahn and Vanquisher closing in our infantry elements and running point for a pair of conquerors just north of your engagement area. Stay alert!

Alpha 1-3:
This just doesn’t get any easier, does it!

Redhawk 1:
All units, Halo 78 Alpha is down! I repeat Halo 78 Alpha is down. You took it pretty bad, Alpha 1, are you sure you’re OK? I’ll cover you while you initiate repairs. If that Talon gets too close, you might as well hang up a target sign on you.

Alpha 1 Actual:There’s no time for that, Redhawk 2, what’s your status?

Redhawk 2:
I got hit pretty bad too, but I’m still froggy! I came up on some infantry holed up in a fighting position. What’s on your mind, Chief?

Alpha 1 Actual:
Double up targets with Specter 1, I’ll Cover Redhawk 1 while he challenges those Conquerors, we can’t let them get a fix on our infantry positions.

Alpha 1-2:
We just lost a Naginata! That freakin’ Gun tower is ripping us up! Alpha 1-4, close in with your Dingos and try to lay down suppression fire, we’re taking hits here! Your Outlaws can cover Redhawk one!

Alpha 1-4:
Wilco! Laying down suppression fire. Sh*t, our rounds are just bouncing off that freakin’ thing!

Swoop Daddy:
All units be advised, 2 Delgado Mecha elements on a south vector to your engagement area. A Pair of Dictators, 2 Starhawks, 2 Sovereigns, 1 Duelist, and a Butcher smoke assing it. We’ll delay them as best possible, but you better hurry!

Alpha 1-3:
Damn guys, you didn’t even leave Puma bits for salvage! Good job; but we’re not out of the woods yet. All crews concentrate fire on that Kahn and Vanquisher.

Alpha 1-6:
Sir, that Raptor is right up on us! What the! Specter 1, what the hell are you doing? Your fire just drifted on our position! Alpha 1-3, two of our vehicles are heavily damaged, we have to halt and initiate repairs.

Specter 1:
Sorry about that guys. that Talon’s ECM is messing with me here.

Alpha 1-3:
Well, you gave the Raptor crew one hell of concussion. Alpha 1-6, take out that Raptor before they get their head on straight.

Alpha 1-6:
WILCO!

Swoop Daddy:
We have a downed crew, Sad Echo Charlie 4624. Guardian Angel, see if you can guide him to an EVAC point; Kabuki 1, Jack in the box on your call!

Tsuiseki 2:
I’m feeling like a Dictator today, lets do it!

Alpha 1-2 (Despot 1):
Damn it! We lost another Naginata; Halo 78 Bravo’s killing us here. Alpha 1-2 Actual is dead, I repeat, Alpha 1-2 Actual is dead.

Alpha 1-3:
OK, the Kahn and Vanquisher are down, Alpha 1-6 hold your position; we’re moving to assist Alpha 1-2 against that tower. We’ll draw 78’s fire while you regroup and go for the kill.

Redhawk 1:
I got line of sight with both Conquerors; engaging.

Alpha 1-4:
How much armor does this thing have, anyway. We haven’t been able to dent the freakin’ thing.

Alpha 1-2:
Trust me, she’s hurting. She just won’t go down.

Alpha 1-5:
My men are dismounting, we’ll use the downed CAVs as cover. Alpha 1-5, Charlie focus on the bunker before you. Alpha 1-5 Bravo, see if you can help out Alpha 1-6 against that Raptor.

Alpha 1-6:
No need; the Raptor is down.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Talon down! OK, Specter 1, cover me and Redhawk 2 while we initiate repairs. Enemy units are beginning to pull out, so we have a little time here.

Alpha 1-5 Actual:
We have 3 men down! Tsukei 1,hurry up and get them boys out of there. Nobody gets left behind, you hear me!

Tsukei 1:
That’s a copy!

Swoop Daddy:
Oh yeah! That’s a kill! One Dictator for me! What about you Kabuki 2?

Tsuiseki 2:
I gotta dip before that Butcher gets a lock on me; lets circle around and catch them on their six.

Alpha 1-2:
Thanks for the assist Alpha 1-3, Halo 78 Bravo is down! I repeat Halo 78 Bravo is down.

Alpha 1-3:
Damn it! My Naginata is toast. You owe me one, Alpha 1-2. Coors light, hoah!

Alpha 1 Actual:
Excellent, we did what we needed to do! Ok, our feint is a success, all units withdraw to rally point. Bingo.

Redhawk 1:
I’m on the hunt over here. I got one of the Conquerors beaten up bad, and in pursuit of the other. I can cut them off before they can regroup with the rest of the Delgado mecha assault troop.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Do what you can Redhawk one. Be advised you only have a few moments before the rest of Delgado is right on your six.

Redhawk 1:
Ack! Where the hell did that come from! Oh man, I can see Delgado’s mecha assault troop coming up over the horizon. Those Sovereigns got a lock on me!

Alpha 1 Actual:
OK, Disengage, and get your butt back here. Everyone’s pulling out. Our feint was a success, lets hope 8 Actual was able to bring down Able

Swoop Daddy:
That’s another Dictator for me, dang Kabuki 2, your getting a little slow on the draw, aren’t you.

Tsuiseki 2:
Whatever man.

Redhawk 1:
At least I got one of those boogers, Alpha 1 Actual, I’m coming up right behind you.

Swoop Daddy:
Hey Alpha 1-2, you need a ride? I gotcha!

Alpha 1-2 (Despot 1)
Ah, stow it, you prick

All Recon units, full speed at 110 degrees! Smoke Ass it!

Alpha Eyes Actual:
Apache Lead, we got a problem. We've recieved no confirmation of Lucky 8 deployment or even a ready op. where the heck are these guys?

Apache Lead Actual:
I'm looking into it. All units, prepare shift to operations plan B. Alpha 1 Actual and Alpha 2 Actual, rally at designated nav point Bravo. Alpha Mike Foxtrot those last stragglers from Delgado 1 before they regroup with Delgado 2. We'll have to assume the 8s never made it to their drop off point. Falcon 2 and 3, divert course to run a recon screen over Able, We need to know whats going on out there.

Sierra Actual
I got Sierra group ready for Deployment, I don't like the idea of landing prematurely, but we'll make it happen.

Apache Lead Actual
Be ready for the call, Sierra, you'll be running the 8s operation area if we don't get any word.

Bishop
I hope you guys could bring down Able quick enough, Delgado 2nd Spear is moving from the garrison area to your location.

Sierra Actual
We could regroup all the Eagles and launch an air raid on the incoming element, that'll slow them enough for you guys to hit Able yourself.

Apache Lead Actual
I'll keep that in mind..

Apache Lead Actual
OK, listen up; I just spoke with Top and we’re shifting to the alternate attack plan. Sierra Group, you’ll be dropping early several grids east of the initial Lucky 8 drop off. Call is Queens. Stand by for status report on op point Able. The incoming Spear from the Delgado garrison won’t be able to move as quickly as we can so that’ll buy us some time.

Wild Apaches, we’re about to get hectic here. Alpha 1 and Alpha 2, you have a 10 minute window of opportunity to Alpha-Mike-Foxtrot those stragglers before Delgado 2nd Tomahawk can reinforce Able. 1st tomahawk will 360 and engage from the south, 2nd tomahawk will hit from the west. Slip and draw, hit and fade, you know the routine. Able is the Priority.

We’re pulling all troops from our primary staging area and the command tomahawk will be hitting Kilo Juliet in force. Phoenix Reign, you’re providing our air support. That’ll cut off the immediate reinforcements before they can mobilize. By the time that Spear gets here, we’ll be pounding them hard with incoming orbital fire support from the Geronimo.

Sierra Group, you will bypass 78-79 series altogether and hit the incoming Ortiz Tomahawk maneuvering flank from grid Sierra-Echo. They will be overwhelmed and that’ll possibly leave the whole Ortiz Battery even more staggered than what they are now. Hopefully, that might leave the Southwest Breeder Facility open to attack and if so, you can put pressure on the whole peninsula’s static defense grid.

Para risqué e ganar todo! Lets do it!

Apache Guardian Angel:
OK, you should be coming up on them any moment now; looks like they already started some recovery operations. If we can capture those vehicles, this would help us compensate for whatever losses when both tomahawks roll through here. If you guys can hit Able or at least soften her up, by all means do it.

Alpha 1 Actual:
OK, we're on a home run vector, registering 7 boogeys on the HUD. we got two on intercept. Maintain formation at full dispersion, that'll lessen the effects of the incoming indirect fire.

Alpha 2 Actual:
Chinga! the Duelist is holding a position on the ridge covering our approach. He's running an ECCM screen for the Butcher closing in. Redhawk 3 and 4, double up on the Duelist, Specter 2, cover me while I delay the Butcher.

Specter 2:
Firing indirect, that'll keep him busy some, but not for long.

Redhawk 1:
Good shot Alpha 1, he'll feel that in the morning.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Hey, 6 career CAV kills, not bad huh?

Redhawk 1:
You going for a record or something, ma'am?

Alpha 2 Actual:
Aghh, critical hit! I'm still up. Guys, I'm getting beat up over here!

Redhawk 3:
We're having trouble with that Duelist, boss.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Redhawk 1 and 2, concentrate on the other Starhawk, I can flank the Butcher. Hold on Alpha 2, I'm coming.

Alpha 2 Actual:
Oh, I bet your loving this, huh.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Sister girl, stow it, will ya! I'm engaging. Back off and get yourself fixed.

Alpha 2 Actual:
He's still on me! damn it! I'm ejecting! freakin' incoming fire caught me.

Redhawk 3:
Alpha 2! are you all right?

Redhawk 4:
Shes fine; the chief is tough as hell! She chews up railroad iron, and sh*ts out steel so keep your game face on, that Duelist is still a threat.

Redhawk 3:
I'm on it.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Gahh, one of the Soveriegns just clipped me. As soon as I'm done with this Butcher, you and me have a date.

Redhawk 2:
Oh, we love it when you talk dirty, Alpha 1!

Redhawk 1:
Enemy Starhawk down, Hey, isn't that the conqueror that got away before? Alpha 1 Actual, permission to engage their supporting elements.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Granted; Redhawk 2 hold off that sovereign for a bit, will you?

Redhawk 3:
Duelist is down, Alpha 1, we're coming in!

Redhawk 4:
Hey, when that Butcher goes down, I got dibs if we can salvage anything from it.

Redhawk 3:
There'll be plenty more of them to go around, Redhawk 4.

Alpha 1 Actual:
The butchers down, thanks for the assist guys! now where the hell is that Sovereign, here sovy, sovy, sovy!

Redhawk 2:
to your right, taking cover behind what used to be 78 Alpha. He's on his last legs, they're retreating.

Redhawk 3:
Oh hell no they ain't, not before I get a little pay back for Alpha 2.

Alpha 1 Actual:
uh! take that you son of a .....

Redhawk 4:
Damn, cheif! he's dead already.

Redhawk 2:
8 career CAV kills and an Opex Gun Tower, chief, you're on fire!

Alpha 1 Actual:
thanks, Redhawk 2. OK,Sovereign down, lets make a try for Able. we got a few seconds before we are in Delgado 2nd Tomahawk's range.

Redhawk 1:
Hello, Remember me?

Redhawk 3:
I'm in full pursuit of that last Sovereign. He's trying to lead me into 78 Charlie's line of sight.

Redhawk 1:
Look at me, I did this to you. heh, heh, heh. Conqueror down.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Redhawk 3, are you crazy? withdraw and get back here.

Redhawk 3:
You worry too much, Alpha 1. at this speed, its tough for 78 Charlie to get a lock without the ECCM grid. that Sovereign is going down!

Redhawk 2:
Dang, how much fire can this thing take?

Alpha 1 Actual:
just keep firing, it'll go down sooner or later.

Redhawk 4:
hey, Cheif he's right, I can't do a hell of a lot against Able's armor, and Delgado 2nd Tomahawk is closing in.

Specter 2:
I got Alpha 2! She's crazy, man! Her and her wizzo are over here holding on to my shoulder clamps.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Ok, get her back to her tomahawk at best speed possible. we'll delay over here and try to bring down Able.

Redhawk 3:
OK, the Sovereign's down, took some serious damage but I'm out of 78 Charlie's range. I'm heading in.

Alpha 1 Actual:
thats a copy, rally with Specter 2 and cover them. they'll be moving a little slower than usual.

Redhawk 3:
Oh wow, now I know she's crazy!

Redhawk 4:
Alpha 1 Actual, we're just not doing enough damage. I have to break off, I'm already being targeted.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Ok, that drifted a little too close for comfort; Fall back and regroup with your respective tomahawks. We'll catch Able on the rebound.

Alpha 1 Actual:
Apache Lead, we're getting conflicting reports indicating op Able is down. Do you have any info for us?

Apache Lead Actual:
We’re getting the same reports, but nothing has been confirmed. Continue home run vector unless otherwise said. Alpha 2, take a northern approach into the defense grid, if those reports are true, you can shift course and reinforce AHST at Kilo Juliet. Sierra Group, do you have a ready op?

Sierra Lead Actual:
That’s a ready op, Sierra group in route to LZ.

Apache Guardian Angel:
All units be advised, we have some intel that might assist you against the Opex Gun Towers. Our engineers have analyzed UTDF structural data on these towers, and found something that may be an Achilles heel, but it’ll still be a tricky endeavor.

Apache Lead Actual:
Go on.

Apache Guardian Angel:
The Opex Gun Towers are heavily reliant on their Alpha towers for targeting information, once the Alpha Tower is destroyed in a defense grid; the remaining towers go by an automated default program. We’ve isolated key point, several feet from the rear junction box that if penetrated by a shape charge, would give us access to the primary targeting data conduit.

Apache Lead Actual:
Oh, yeah. I get it. If we can get some techs over to the exposed tower, they can bypass its main CPU and feed targeting information directly from the ports on our targeting systems. Wouldn’t that immobilize whatever unit the tower is slaved to?

Apache Guardian Angel:
Not if we can salvage some of those fallen CAVs and vehicles over by Halo 78 Alpha. All we need is a breeder and a Targeting system. Our techs can do a quick field rig and slave any towers not under control of an Alpha tower; unfortunately, once the enemy is on to us, they’ll shut down power to that turret system. After that, the turret could operate on reserve cells for about a minute or so.

Apache Lead Actual:
That’ll give us a little something against those towers. Thanks. OK, Alpha 1 and Alpha 2, maintain home run vector into Able and bring her down if she isn’t already. With Able down, that’ll give us room to maneuver and Geronimo has already made contact with Peter Riley; He’s prepared to provide logistics support and begin black market operations.

Alpha 1 Actual
Old ganga head is here! Man, this is going to get interesting.
